KoreanSpa Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern enrollment in the KoreanSpa subscription program. They supplement, and should be read together with, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our general Terms of Service. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Enrollment & Billing

When visiting our website, you may choose to purchase a product as a one-time order or to enroll in the KoreanSpa subscription program. All charges are in U.S. Dollars.

If you enroll in a subscription, the payment method you provide at checkout will be charged at the time of enrollment and then automatically charged on a recurring basis, at the frequency and price clearly disclosed to you at checkout, beginning from the date of your initial enrollment and continuing unless and until you cancel.

Your product will ship at the delivery interval you selected. The prices charged for your subscription will be those presented and confirmed to you on the checkout page at the time of your enrollment.

Your Authorization & Consent

By completing checkout and enrolling in a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are authorizing recurring charges to your selected payment method;
  • Your subscription will continue until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms below; and
  • The amount, frequency, and product details were clearly disclosed to you before you completed your purchase.

By submitting payment information to us, you also represent and agree that:

  • You are fully authorized to use the payment card or account provided;
  • All payment information you provide is complete and accurate;
  • You are responsible for any fees your bank or card issuer may charge; and
  • Sufficient funds or credit are available to cover the amounts due.

Automatic Billing Authorization

IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE KOREANSPA SUBSCRIPTION PROGRAM AND HAVE PROVIDED A VALID PAYMENT METHOD, YOU EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZE KOREANSPA TO AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD FOR EACH RECURRING SHIPMENT OR BILLING CYCLE, IN THE AMOUNT AND AT THE FREQUENCY DISCLOSED AT CHECKOUT AT THE TIME OF YOUR ENROLLMENT, UNTIL YOU CANCEL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS BELOW.

Managing Your Subscription: Skip, Pause, or Change

You are in control of your subscription at any time. By logging in to your account profile, you may:

  • Skip an upcoming shipment;
  • Pause your subscription and resume it later;
  • Change your delivery frequency, products, or shipping address.

Changes take effect for shipments processed after the change is saved.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To avoid being charged for your next scheduled shipment or billing cycle, your cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing or shipment date. Cancellations completed within that 48-hour window may not stop the next order, which will then follow our standard Returns & Refunds Policy.

You may cancel using whichever method is easiest for you:

  • Online (fastest): Log in to your account profile and cancel your subscription directly; or
  • By email: Email us at support@koreanspa.co from the email address associated with your account, including your order number or account details.

Once your cancellation is processed, we will send you a confirmation email, and no future recurring charges will be applied.

Subscription Refunds

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to your first subscription order only. If your first order doesn't work for you, you're fully covered by the 90-day, money-back guarantee set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy — even if the product has been opened or used. This guarantee may be redeemed once per customer.

For recurring subscription orders after your first, refunds are not available for change of mind. You stay in complete control of your subscription at all times: you can skip, pause, change, or cancel from your account whenever you like, and any change made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date will stop that order before it ships. Recurring orders that have already been billed and shipped are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are always covered — on every order, subscription or not — as described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All subscription refunds are governed by our standard Returns and Refunds Policy.

Price Changes

If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect. Your continued enrollment after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect using any of the methods above.

Updated Payment Card Information

We and our third-party payment service providers may request and receive updated payment card information from your card issuer — such as a new card number or expiration date — when your card on file expires or is reissued. If we receive such updates, we will update your account accordingly so your subscription is not interrupted. Your card issuer may allow you to opt out of this card-updating service; to do so, please contact your card issuer directly.

Payment Issues

If your payment method fails to process for a scheduled shipment or billing cycle, you agree that we may contact you using the email address you provided in order to request updated or alternate payment information. If payment is not successfully received, we may suspend service, cancel future shipments, and/or seek payment of any outstanding balance, in each case in accordance with applicable law. If your bank or card issuer reverses a charge, we may bill you directly and seek payment by another method.

Billing Questions & Disputes

We want every billing question resolved quickly and fairly. By enrolling in the KoreanSpa subscription program, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have affirmatively consented to recurring charges in the amount and at the frequency disclosed at checkout;
  • Your subscription continues until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms above; and
  • You agree to contact us directly at support@koreanspa.co regarding any billing question or concern before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, so that we may promptly address and resolve the issue.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
