Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it before it has been marked as fulfilled or shipped.
  • Once an order is marked as “fulfilled” or a shipping label is created, cancellation is no longer available.

Subscription Cancellations

  • For subscription products:
    • You can cancel your subscription before the second billed delivery to avoid future charges.
    • Subscriptions must be cancelled via the link in your order confirmation email or by contacting support at support@koreanspa.co prior to the next billing date.
    • Cancellation requests received after the second billing will prevent future recurring charges but will not reverse previously fulfilled orders.

Pre-Order Cancellations

  • Pre-orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment, and you will receive a full refund of any amounts paid to date.

Try-Before-You-Buy Programs

  • Try-before-you-buy items can be cancelled or returned within the specified trial period listed on the product page.
  • If the trial period expires without return, your payment method will be charged the full product amount.

Refunds After Cancellation

  • If a cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued according to our Refund Policy and may take up to 10 business days to process.
  • Shipping fees and any subscription processing fees may not be refundable.
