At KoreanSpa, we aim to provide a clear and fair return experience. Please read the policy below carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The request must be submitted within 90 days of delivery
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these conditions are not eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 90 days from delivery
- Gift cards or promotional/free items
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
“If a reshipment fee applies, customers will be notified in advance. If no response is received within the stated timeframe, the order may be considered abandoned.”
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been completed
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
If an order has already shipped, it must follow the return process above.
Return Address
Return requests must be approved before sending any item back. Once your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address via email. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
