At KoreanSpa, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your skincare journey. That’s why we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which may be extended to 90 or even 120 days, when clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.

We believe skincare should deliver real, visible results — and we’re committed to transparency, care, and fairness every step of the way.

We want you to feel completely confident in trying KoreanSpa. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged during shipping;
  • Items were missing from your order;
  • You received the wrong product;
  • You’re not satisfied with your results and followed the usage instructions as directed.

Purchases made with promotional discount codes may not qualify for refunds, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Each case is reviewed individually.

Eligibility will be determined based on the evidence you provide (e.g., clear photos, description of the issue, and order confirmation).
We cannot process your request without this information.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened items.

⚠️ Results May Vary

Results may differ based on individual skin conditions, consistency of use, and lifestyle. While we explain expected outcomes clearly on each product page, we cannot guarantee identical results for every customer.

For best results, please use the product exactly as directed on the packaging.

🧾 How to Request a Return or Refund

To start a return or refund request, please email us at support@koreanspa.co with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Proof of payment
  • A clear explanation of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Our team will evaluate your request. If approved, you will receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and detailed return instructions.

Once issued, you must ship the item(s) back within 7 days.
Returns sent without authorization or a valid RMA will not be accepted or refunded.

📦 Return Shipping Responsibilities

If your item arrived damaged or there were missing items, we will gladly send a free replacement at no cost to you — simply contact our support team with photo evidence and order details.

For all other return reasons (such as change of mind or dissatisfaction), the following applies:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • You must use a trackable shipping method
  • KoreanSpa is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

Non-Refundable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Shipping fees once an order has shipped;
  • Express or expedited shipping charges ;
  • Priority handling or processing fees ;
  • Extended warranty services (e.g., “package protection”) ;
  • Gift cards ;
  • Items purchased with discount codes or promotional offers ;
  • Used, opened, or installed items ;

🧾 Restocking Fee (Exceptional Cases)

If your request does not fully meet the eligibility criteria, but you believe your case deserves special attention, you may request a manual review.

In rare approved cases, a 30% restocking fee may be deducted from the original amount refunded.

🛑 Order Cancellations & Modifications

At KoreanSpa, we process orders automatically to ensure they are packed and shipped within 24 hours — this helps us deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Because of this fast turnaround, order cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once your order is placed.

If you need to cancel or change something, please contact us at support@koreanspa.co immediately after placing your order.

⚠️  However, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to cancel or modify it.

📬 Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors;
  2. Wait up to 48 hours (sometimes delivery may be delayed post-scan);
  3. If still missing, email support@koreanspa.co with your order number and full shipping address;

If our internal review confirms the package was not delivered, we may issue a one-time free replacement.

Refunds are not available for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include in your email:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect items;
  • Photo of the shipping label (with tracking visible);
  • Your order number.

After review, we will send you a free replacement or offer store credit, depending on availability.

💰Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), refunds (if approved) are processed within 10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method;
  • Your bank may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the refund;

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes — unless your item arrived damaged or something was missing, in which case we’ll send a replacement free of charge. All other return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Can I return an item without contacting KoreanSpa?
No. All returns must be pre-authorized with an RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

How long do I have to send back the item after approval?
Once your return is approved, you must ship the product within 7 days.

Will I be refunded for shipping fees?
No. Original and express shipping costs are non-refundable.

My package was lost or stolen. Can I get a refund?
If tracking confirms delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds. If the package is truly undelivered, we may offer a one-time replacement upon review.
