• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

All shipping costs are transparently displayed before payment:

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $70.00 USD.
• Standard Shipping (Orders under $70.00): Flat rate of $9.99 USD.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

• Carriers Used: USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, and local postal services.
• All orders include tracking information emailed within 24 hours of shipment dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are paid directly to local authorities.

5. Incorrect Address, Lost or Damaged Packages

• Address Changes: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
• Missing Packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email support@koreanspa.co for immediate investigation.
• Damaged Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a free replacement or refund.
