Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
The exact shipping cost is displayed before payment is completed.

Delivery times include carrier transit time only and begin after dispatch.

United Kingdom
- Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days
Australia

Canada
- Estimated Delivery: 5-12 business days
Other International Destinations
- Estimated Delivery: 7-12 business days
Total estimated delivery time = 1-3 business days for order processing + carrier transit time
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers & Tracking
We use reliable third-party logistics partners and shipping carriers.
All orders include tracking information, which is emailed within 24 hours of shipment.
Tracking can be viewed directly on the carrier’s website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.
These charges:
- Are not included in the product price or shipping cost
- Are the customer’s responsibility
- Must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office upon delivery
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- The customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs
- Reshipment will be arranged after the package is returned to us
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
